How and when do I get my boxes and packing materials?

All orders include delivery of our UTrucking kit (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) to your dorm room/apartment. Kits are delivered at least five days in advance of your pickup date. Packing supplies can be picked up at our storefront on the South 40 upon request. For special requests or additional packing supplies, please do not hesitate to call us at (314) 266-8878 or email info@utrucking.com.

How do I change my delivery/pickup date, time, and location?

You can change your scheduled time on our website by logging in to your account and going to your orders. You can change your scheduled time, date, and location for free any time up to 24 hours in advance. You can log into your account here.

Do I need to be at my room or apartment for delivery/pickup?

Yes, we expect someone to be present at pickup and will contact you when we are on the way. If you cannot be present or have someone be there for you, we can almost always accommodate if you contact us by phone at (314) 266-8878 or email us at info@utrucking.com.

Do you offer off-campus delivery/pickup?

We service on-campus and off-campus housing and can deliver or pick up from any apartment/home in St. Louis. You do not need to live in WashU housing to use our services.

What if plans change and I need to adjust my storage term?

We offer options to extend or shorten your storage term at any time. We can deliver your items at any time during the year. Contact us, and we will find a solution. We are flexible and will always do our best to accommodate a change of plans.

Are appliance rentals for the full year, or just one semester?

Prices for appliance rentals are for the full year (both semesters). Please email us if you need to rent an appliance for only one semester.

I don't see the price for my item. How do I know how much it will cost?

All pricing information can be found under the description for each service. Don't see something on the list? Send us an email at info@utrucking.com with a photo, link, or description, and we'll do our best to give you a quote based on the information you provide us.

My box is damaged, what should I do?

We take the care of your belongings incredibly seriously. However, if one of your items gets damaged, please get in touch with us immediately via email to file an insurance claim.
